Finance Transformation Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the regional Finance Support organization towards the target operating model and future-state vision.
• Drive operational excellence, process harmonization, and continuous improvement across the region.
• Coordinate and govern the implementation of standardized finance processes, templates, and best practices.
• Lead finance transformation programs, including ERP enablement, SAP implementation support, and digital adoption.
• Drive automation and digitization of finance support and reporting processes using AI-enabled tools.
• Manage regional performance reporting, business analytics, and KPI dashboard development.
• Own Business Continuity Planning (BCP) processes, including development, testing, and maintenance.
• Lead, coach, and mentor high-performing teams across multiple locations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 12–15 years of progressive experience in Finance Operations, Shared Services, or Global Business Services (GBS).
• Proven experience leading regional or multi-country finance support organizations.
• Demonstrated success in leading ERP, SAP, or large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong background in process standardization, governance, and operational excellence.
• Experience in managing cross-functional stakeholders and large-scale organizational change.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA, CA, CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification.
• Lean Six Sigma or PMP certification.
• Proficiency in Power BI, advanced Excel, and financial modeling.
