Finance Transformation Management Consultant

Responsibilities

• Bridge gaps between business and technology departments at large corporations
• Establish strategic roadmaps for financial operations including FP&A, consolidation, and reporting
• Manage end-to-end projects covering implementation, development, and change management
• Collaborate with Technology and Data & Analytics teams on systems implementation
• Participate in internal business activities such as team development and employer branding

Requirements

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Information Systems, IT, Business, or Finance
• General understanding of end-to-end finance processes (Accounting, Controlling, FP&A)
• Experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
• Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Business or Management Consultant
• Prior experience as a Controller or in accounting
• Hands-on experience with ERP solutions or financial data systems
• Technical background in development, testing, deployment, or database integrations
