Finance Transformation Junior Consultant

Responsibilities

• Deliver complex finance transformation projects, including the redesign of finance function operating models and process re-engineering (FP&A, R2R, O2C, etc.)
• Act as a functional consultant to support the implementation of new technologies such as ERP, Consolidation, and Reporting tools
• Design and improve Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) processes and assess cost management maturity
• Improve financial statement closing, consolidation processes, and overall reporting cycles
• Support project management and the implementation of solutions in close alignment with client teams
• Design reporting frameworks to address regulatory and internal requirements, including ESG reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• 0-2 years of experience in finance functions of large corporates or relevant consulting experience (audit, process optimization, or reporting)
• Fluency in both Greek and English (written and verbal)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of finance processes and technology, including ERP, Planning, and Visualization tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree or professional qualification in progress (e.g., CFA, ACCA)
• Prior experience in Consulting or Audit
