Finance Trainee

Responsibilities

• Support the Commercial Project Management (CPM) area with reporting activities and expense management
• Manage the activation and processing of time-sheets and travel expenses
• Assist with clearing transitory and balance sheet accounts in collaboration with the Commercial Project Manager
• Review and process accounts payable and accounts receivable to monitor cash flows
• Analyze financial information and monitor standard project reports for discrepancies or trends
• Support the preparation of data for financial reviews and presentations
• Maintain and update logs related to project financial transactions and status

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in administrative fields, Economics, Business Administration, or Actuarial Science
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Microsoft Access, and Alteryx
• Advanced English proficiency
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proactive approach to learning and teamwork
