Finance Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting and stakeholder accounts to ensure adherence to company policies, accounting standards, and tax regulations
• Manage the Month-End Close (MEC) process and handle local tax requirements
• Check team work accuracy and provide guidance and support to team members
• Handle loan-related matters with inter-companies and perform mandatory registrations with the SBV
• Perform weekly and Group reports as assigned
• Assist in improving existing processes and implementing new internal controls
• Work closely with third parties including banks, auditors, tax officers, and local authorities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 2-3 years of leadership experience (Team Lead or Chief Accountant) within an MNC
• Strong knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS), local regulations, and tax laws
• Proven experience in preparing and reviewing financial statements and reports
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with high attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with the Oracle accounting system
• Previous experience interacting with SBV, banks, and tax authorities
