Finance Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the finance team to ensure high performance and professional development
• Oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports
• Manage the budgeting and forecasting process and monitor performance against budgets
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies
• Maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial accuracy
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity requirements
• Support external audits and coordinate with auditors and regulatory authorities
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the finance function

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 5–8 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance
• 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Solid understanding of accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certification such as FMVA, CMA, CPA, or ACCA
• Experience in the technology, e-commerce, mobility, or service industry
