Responsibilities

This is a talent pool for various finance-related roles, including:

• Administrative/Travel: Managing travel platforms and logistics.
• Accounting: Analyzing data and preparing financial reports.
• Procurement: Negotiating with suppliers and analyzing costs.
• Accounts Payable: Managing invoices and payment flows.
• Accounts Receivable: Controlling receipts and account reconciliation.
• Controllership: Managing control processes, auditing, and budget planning.
• Internal Controls: Evaluating and improving process efficiency and compliance.
• Credit and Collections: Managing credit and customer relationships.
• Tax: Optimizing tax burden and analyzing fiscal norms.
• FP&A: Building financial scenarios and strategic projections.
• Funding: Identifying financing sources and negotiating with investors.
• RGM: Developing revenue growth strategies and market analysis.
• M&A: Evaluating investments and performing due diligence.
• Treasury: Managing liquidity, cash flow, and bank accounts.

Requirements

• Experience in the finance area
• Residence in Curitiba, São Paulo, or Fortaleza, or availability to relocate
• Proficiency in data tools such as Excel and BI
• Ability to interpret data and prepare reports
• Strong communication and relational skills
• Adaptability to corporate changes and challenges

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluent English (mandatory for M&A roles)
• Programming knowledge in SQL, Python, VBA, or C++
