Finance Systems Manager

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the roadmap for Dynamics 365 Finance, including entity rollouts
• Translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria for modules like Fixed Assets and Expenses
• Act as the voice of the customer to ensure solutions meet business and regulatory needs
• Identify and escalate system quality issues to technical teams
• Support change management and training initiatives to improve system adoption
• Champion continuous improvement and agile delivery best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Qualified accountant status
• Deep expertise in Dynamics 365 Finance core modules and configuration
• Experience with financial reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and macros
• Experience with SAP (BPC) and Rosetta
• Proven project management experience in system implementations or migrations
• Proficiency in Agile delivery, backlog management, and sprint planning

Preferred Qualifications

• MB-300 and MB-310 certifications or equivalent experience
• Familiarity with SQL or basic database queries
• Knowledge of RPA and workflow automation tools
