Finance Systems Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the Finance workstream of the MS Dynamics 365 implementation as the strategic liaison between internal stakeholders and external vendors
• Translate business requirements for AP, AR, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, and Financial Reporting into functional Dynamics configurations
• Lead data migration strategies including chart of accounts mapping and master data cleansing across five global legal entities
• Design testing scripts and manage defect resolution during User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Deliver training and change management programs for the global finance team
• Partner with IT to validate integration points for billing, revenue recognition, payroll, and banking
• Act as primary system administrator for Dynamics Finance modules post go-live
• Establish governance frameworks for change requests and master data ownership

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience in finance systems, ERP implementations, or finance operations
• At least two full-cycle ERP deployments in a hands-on lead capacity
• Deep functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or Dynamics AX
• Experience operating within multi-entity, multi-currency corporate structures
• Ability to write and interpret functional design documents and data migration specifications
• Proven experience managing external software integrators and vendors
• Experience in technology, hardware, manufacturing, or defense-adjacent industries is a plus
