Finance Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and develop a team of finance professionals.
• Analyze and communicate financial results of projects to upper-level management.
• Develop and maintain budget and cost reports, earned value analyses, and project profit projections.
• Review project cash flows, contract terms, and change orders for financial risks and opportunities.
• Partner with Operations teams to build trust, credibility, and process cohesion.
• Drive continuous improvement and utilize data for risk analysis and benchmarking.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of financial/data analysis or public accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent degree.
• Proven experience in team management or developing staff.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 25% and access various construction site environments.
