Finance Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage intercompany transactions, regional pricing, and profit elimination
• Support tax strategy for principal sourcing companies through statutory and managerial P&L analysis
• Coordinate annual costing, ICP, and markup setup processes
• Manage inventory for the LATAM region, including SLOB, FAA FP&A processes, and DOS calculations
• Partner with Supply Chain Planning to identify and mitigate regional and global risks
• Lead financial forecast cycles to influence and meet inventory targets
• Ensure compliance with all local government and company regulations, policies, and procedures
• Lead small teams and drive process improvement and standardization across the region

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or Business Management
• 6–8 years of professional experience
• Proven experience in cost and inventory accounting
• Strong financial modeling skills
• Ability to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions
• Ability to lead small teams and implement process improvements

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP, Microsoft Office, and Business Intelligence tools
• Previous experience as a Finance or related business partner
• Advanced English proficiency (Spanish is a plus)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Background in compliance
