Finance Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee organizational accounting functions and ensure alignment with short- and long-term financial objectives
• Direct and plan all aspects of accounting operations and the preparation of annual financial forecasts
• Manage the development and effectiveness of financial accounting systems and reporting requirements
• Strengthen existing controls and optimize business processes by reviewing performance metrics
• Lead the development and execution of planning, budgeting, and management reporting procedures
• Identify areas of inefficiency in financial processes and develop strategic improvements
• Manage complex projects and provide actionable recommendations to enhance market position
• Serve as a key member of the business leadership team to influence corporate strategy
• Direct a team through goal setting, performance appraisals, and talent coaching

Requirements

• CA qualification is mandatory
• 9-16 years of progressive accounting or finance experience in a multinational or global company
• Extensive knowledge of IND AS, US GAAP, and IFRS
• Manufacturing or Cost Accounting experience with a deep understanding of financial controls
• Proficiency in SAP or another major ERP system
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with plant management and senior executives

Preferred Qualifications

• 2-3 years of supervisory experience
• Experience working within a US multinational company
• Experience managing expansion projects or SAP transitions/implementations
• Working knowledge of Power BI
• Previous experience as an Assistant Plant Controller
