Finance Strategy & Transformation Leader

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to CFOs, Finance Executives, and business leaders on finance strategy, operating model design, and transformation initiatives.
• Lead assessments of finance organizations to identify opportunities for process improvement, organizational effectiveness, and value creation.
• Develop finance transformation roadmaps aligned to business strategy and growth objectives.
• Advise clients on FP&A maturity, performance management frameworks, and decision-support capabilities.
• Support business case development and executive-level investment decisions.
• Lead finance technology strategy and implementation efforts involving EPM/CPM, ERP modernization, and analytics solutions.
• Partner with technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable solutions and guide clients through system selection and change adoption.

Requirements

• Expertise in finance strategy and operating model design.
• Proven experience with EPM/CPM implementation and ERP modernization.
• Experience conducting FP&A maturity assessments.
• Strong skills in business case development and executive advisory.
• Ability to lead large-scale finance transformation initiatives.
