Finance Strategy & Transformation Intern Consultant

Responsibilities

• Support organizational transformation projects, including the implementation of shared service centers and global business services
• Assist in digital finance transformation through the implementation of ERP tools, process mining, RPA, and AI integration
• Contribute to sustainable finance initiatives, focusing on ESG reporting, CSRD compliance, and climate risk quantification
• Support finance departments during integration and separation projects to optimize processes and tools
• Participate in the development of the business unit by assisting with commercial proposals

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bac+5 degree from a top-tier Business or Engineering school
• Previous internship experience in audit, consulting, or a corporate finance/management control function
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to handle complex subjects with rigor
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Fluent English (both written and spoken)
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment with strong interpersonal skills
