Finance Strategy Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead finance strategy and transformation engagements focused on operating model design, process improvement, finance technology, data, and artificial intelligence (AI)
• Assess client needs, synthesize analyses, and develop recommendations aligned to engagement objectives and enterprise value
• Manage engagement delivery, including workstreams, deliverables, stakeholder communications, and project execution
• Support business development through proposal development, solution design, and client presentations
• Mentor teams, strengthen client relationships, and contribute to practice growth

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or consulting, including advising CFOs in finance transformation or technology strategy
• Experience leading at least 2 large-scale finance transformation projects involving process redesign or technology implementation
• Experience implementing at least 1 digital finance technology solution (e.g., RPA, predictive analytics, or data visualization)
• Experience managing multiple workstreams on transformation projects and delivering milestones on time
• Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on client needs
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) or other advanced business degree
• Experience managing project or resource budgets exceeding $250,000
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across Finance, IT, Supply Chain, or HR
• Experience with finance technology platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, Anaplan, or OneStream
• Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Deep knowledge of finance processes such as Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, or Record to Report
