Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance and recommendations to go-to-market stakeholders on financial strategies and resource allocation
• Partner cross-functionally to build financial models for revenue goals and sales capacity planning
• Prepare and deliver insightful financial reports, analyses, and forecasts to stakeholders and executives
• Collaborate with strategic finance, FP&A, and accounting teams to align GTM strategies with financial considerations
• Establish and implement reporting dashboards and scorecards to track operational and financial metrics

Requirements

• Experience in strategic finance, GTM finance, private equity, growth equity, venture capital, consulting, or investment banking
• Exceptional analytical skills and ability to develop complex financial operating models
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Ability to communicate complex financial information to non-finance audiences
• Experience driving operational outcomes under tight timelines
• Passion for building safe, transformative AI systems

Preferred Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in strategic finance or related financial sectors
• Experience in GTM Finance Business Partnership
• Experience with consumption-based or complex business models
• Knowledge of effective go-to-market strategies including deal-desk management
• Background in AI, ML, or related technologies
