Finance & Strategy Associate

Responsibilities

• Assist with FP&A work by maintaining financial models, pulling monthly and quarterly reports, and helping turn data into clear summaries.
• Support the tracking and analysis of business and financial metrics across revenue, growth, and operations to surface insights for decision-making.
• Help prepare investor materials and update quarterly reports, ensuring accuracy and presentation readiness.
• Streamline reporting processes by building automated and scalable solutions, including leveraging AI tools.
• Field cross-departmental operational requests and ensure follow-through on business needs.
• Support the tracking and maintenance of company OKRs and surface progress insights to the leadership team.
• Execute ad-hoc projects across the business independently.

Requirements

• 0.5–2 years of full-time work experience in finance, accounting, consulting, operations, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint, with the ability to build and navigate complex spreadsheets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
