Finance & Strategy Associate

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update performance datasets used by the Finance & Strategy team
• Ensure accuracy and consistency across all reports and analyses
• Populate weekly business review templates with the latest performance data
• Analyze key metrics to highlight trends, anomalies, or performance drivers
• Investigate and explain key variances using data and business context
• Draft clear, fact-based commentary for the UAE Leadership team
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting processes and templates

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel, including formulas (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, etc.) and pivot tables
• Strong numerical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and explain variances
• Structured, data-driven approach to problem-solving
• Clear and concise written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Internship or academic project experience in finance, business, or data analysis
