Finance Specialist

Responsibilities

• Prepare approvals for compensations and bookkeeping
• Process invoices and insurance, ensuring all terms agreed with suppliers/customers are met
• Maintain contact with customers and suppliers regarding payments, including sending notices and reminders
• Execute tasks related to bank guarantees for customers and suppliers
• Prepare payment orders, bank transfer files, and manual payment orders
• Handle debt collection and internal controls
• Assist in cash flow planning and current reporting
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports

Requirements

• University degree (VSS) in Economics or Business Management, specializing in Finance or Accounting
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of SAP FI/CO is a plus
• Strong responsibility, persistence, and attention to detail
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Very good command of English
