Finance Specialist

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage accounting entries
• Resolve unreconciled variables with other departments
• Assist in annual audits with external auditors
• Prepare monthly reports
• Perform ad hoc reporting and analysis
• Prepare general ledger account reconciliations
• Support the accounts, AP/AR, and commercial teams in daily activities and process improvements

Requirements

• Spanish language proficiency (B2-C1)
• Fluent English communication skills
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or a degree in Finance
• Experience in Record-to-Report (R2R) processes
• Previous experience with SAP or S/4HANA
• Basic IT knowledge and high computer literacy
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and decision-making abilities
