Finance Specialist - Finance Business Partnership

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted finance partner to senior business leaders, supporting decision making with clear financial insights
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis to support short- and long-term planning
• Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and recommend actions to leadership
• Develop management reporting, including P&L analysis, margin drivers, and investment tracking
• Support pricing, deal structuring, and commercial evaluations aligned to financial objectives
• Partner with cross-functional teams on procurement, compliance, and finance processes
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities with strong data integrity
• Mentor junior finance team members and contribute to process and reporting improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 5-7 years of progressive experience in commercial finance, corporate finance, FP&A, or finance business partnering
• Strong P&L management, forecasting, variance analysis, and commercial modeling skills
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint
• Experience presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong ownership, initiative, and sound judgment

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA, CPA, or other relevant designation
• Experience in consulting or a client-facing finance environment
• Familiarity with financial systems and reporting tools
