Finance Specialist

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily administrative processes including incoming mail, ticket system monitoring, and digital accounting mailboxes
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable accounting
• Assist with statistical reports (ZM / UStVA), tax topics (VAT, corporate tax, trade tax), and profitability/variance analyses
• Contribute to the development of an internal audit system
• Ensure smooth monthly closing processes in collaboration with finance teams in Germany and the Netherlands
• Act as a contact person for finance-related topics for stores in Germany and Austria
• Support operative financial processes and the development of the finance organization

Requirements

• Completed training as a tax assistant (Steuerfachgehilfe) or a comparable commercial profession
• Ideally at least 3 years of professional experience in finance
• Structured and independent way of working with a hands-on mentality
• Very good German language skills
• Proficient in MS Office
