Responsibilities

• Support the global sales team in preparing proposals and collecting signatures
• Create, revise, and distribute license files to fulfill new orders, upgrades, and demo requests
• Gather and verify order data to ensure accurate processing of invoices and credits
• Coordinate with third-party software suppliers to fulfill orders and renewals
• Invoice renewals throughout the month and update license end dates
• Maintain accurate contract details in the back-office system
• Create and manage project structures for accurate service billing
• Generate and distribute recurring and ad hoc reports on revenue, renewals, and billing

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in order management, finance operations, or administrative support
• Working knowledge of Salesforce or a similar CRM
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and billing
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
