Finance Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support in specialty areas including Business Support, Financial Planning and Reporting, and Accounting Services.
• Monitor processes and the effectiveness of business controls and initiate necessary improvements.
• Ensure proper control, recording, and classification of all financial transactions.
• Utilize accounting and financial systems to input data, generate reports, and conduct specialized research projects.
• Respond to financial inquiries and manage centralized transactions.

Requirements

• Graduate degree in Commerce, Finance, or an equivalent qualification.
• 3-6 years of professional experience in Accounts Payable (AP), Invoice Processing, or Accounting Operations.
• Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable processes and invoice processing workflows.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, with a preference for SAP or Oracle.
• Experience in statement reconciliation.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
