Finance Specialist

Responsibilities

• Record and classify transactions from Agilent-owned bank accounts to General Ledger accounts for financial reporting
• Perform clearing and reconciliation for open bank hits
• Analyze variances and coordinate with stakeholders to identify resolutions for open transactions
• Prepare and ensure all required adjustments are posted and Month-End Close (MEC) deliverables are executed
• Explore and propose process improvement ideas

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (Master's degree or CA Inter qualification is an advantage)
• 3-5 years of experience in Record-to-Report (R2R) processes
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and concepts
• Ability to interpret, apply, and maintain GAAP
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, specifically Microsoft Excel

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with SAP
