Finance Senior Consultant

Responsibilities

• Support GBS/SSC setup activities including activity analysis, cost baselining, location assessment, and business case creation
• Assist in business transition assignments and target model design
• Conduct finance process assessments to identify and drive performance improvement opportunities
• Perform deep-dive analysis into pain areas within finance functions such as RTR, PTP, OTC, or FP&A
• Manage accounting tasks including account reconciliations, journals, transaction matching, and variance analysis
• Support financial close processes for monthly, quarterly, and annual periods

Requirements

• Commerce Graduate or MBA in Finance
• 3-6 years of experience in Business Transition, GBS, or SSC setup activities
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Deep understanding of finance functions (RTR, PTP, OTC, or FP&A) and financial statements
• Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written
• Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to ambiguous situations

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or CMA
• Experience with ERP systems like SAP ERP/HANA or Oracle GL
• Knowledge of IFRS, Banking, or Insurance sectors
• Proficiency with tools such as HFM, Visio, or ARIS
• Project management experience
