Finance Senior Associate

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain project financial models, including valuations, returns, and sensitivity analyses
• Build and update the corporate financial model for various financing and commercial arrangements
• Provide input for project-level budgeting and manage consolidated corporate budgeting projections
• Conduct deep due diligence for potential acquisitions, including market and valuation analyses
• Provide financial support for commercial contract negotiations
• Prepare investment presentations and memos for management discussions
• Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and industry dynamics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, engineering, and legal

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field
• 3-5+ years of experience in finance, energy, investment banking, or private investment
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in power/utilities investment banking or infrastructure private equity
• Strong project finance modeling skills
• Very strong quantitative and deep modeling experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities
