Finance Reporting Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee Group Intercompany Profit Elimination processes, including period-end and AAR activities
• Manage day-to-day oversight of the outsourced BPO team (Genpact)
• Drive continuous improvements in end-to-end reporting and data governance processes
• Manage global stakeholders, handle escalations, and ensure effective communication across teams
• Ensure strict adherence to compliance standards, including Sox controls and GxP
• Support the Finance Reporting Principal with ad-hoc projects and strategic requests
• Maintain data governance to support accurate monthly reporting of group results

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• MBA or professional Accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent)
• Minimum of 6 years of financial management experience
• Proven experience in global/corporate level financial reporting within a large organization
• In-depth proficiency with SAP and enterprise-level financial systems
• Strong experience working within a Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) controlled environment
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the FMCG or Supply Chain industries
• Previous experience managing or working with outsourced BPO providers
