Finance Reconciliation Analyst

Responsibilities

• Own monthly and quarterly reconciliation of expected versus actual funding movements across 35+ currency corridors
• Investigate missing, partial, or mismatched settlements and drive discrepancies to resolution
• Manage escalations with banking and disbursement partners and collaborate with internal teams
• Maintain data integrity across financial systems and source records
• Support senior leadership with clear, well-supported analysis on fund reconciliation and the balance sheet
• Drive process improvement and automation to build scalable reconciliation infrastructure

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in external audit/assurance (Big 4 or similar) or finance operations at a fintech, bank, or fast-growing startup
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and a hands-on execution mindset
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai

Preferred Qualifications

• SQL experience or a strong appetite to learn it quickly
• Interest in process improvement, automation, and using AI tooling to increase efficiency
