Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate finance contributions to major initiatives including new business models, systems changes, and investments
• Develop and maintain advanced financial models for revenues, margins, cash flow, and project economics
• Deliver high-quality management reporting, dashboards, and executive summaries
• Provide finance business partnering to Commercial, Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain functions
• Facilitate clear communication and alignment between finance and non-finance stakeholders
• Support continuous improvement and automation of finance processes and tools

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance
• 5–9 years in FP&A or related finance roles
• Experience in distribution, FMCG, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing environments
• Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and working capital
• Knowledge of distribution models, trade economics, pricing, and supply chain costs
• Advanced Excel, ERP, and BI tool proficiency
• Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills
