Finance Projects Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate finance contributions to major strategic initiatives, including new business models, system changes, and cost optimization.
• Partner with the CFO to translate complex business discussions into actionable financial insights and decision-support tools.
• Develop advanced financial models for revenues, margins, cash flow, and project economics.
• Deliver high-quality management reporting, dashboards, and executive summaries highlighting risks and opportunities.
• Provide finance business partnering to Commercial, Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain functions to ensure financial discipline.
• Support the continuous improvement and automation of finance processes and reporting tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5–9 years of experience in FP&A or related finance roles.
• Proven experience in distribution, FMCG, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and working capital.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and BI tools.
• Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
• Excellent English communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certification such as CMA, CPA, or ACCA.
• Deep knowledge of distribution models, trade economics, and pricing.
