About the role
Responsibilities
- Own and optimize the finance systems ecosystem including Navision (Business Central) ERP, Medius, and e-invoicing platforms
- Lead the identification, design, and implementation of process improvements across the finance function
- Build automation workflows using tools like KNIME, n8n, Zapier, or Make
- Maintain a structured documentation framework in Confluence for all finance processes
- Plan and deliver end-to-end finance transformation projects
- Partner with finance managers and cross-functional leads to co-design solutions and drive change adoption
Requirements
- Proven experience in finance process improvement, systems implementation, or finance transformation
- Hands-on familiarity with ERP systems, preferably Navision or Business Central
- Experience with workflow automation and data integration tools (KNIME, n8n, Zapier, Make)
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams
- Experience building process documentation in Confluence or similar tools
- Ability to bridge the gap between finance teams and technology
