Finance Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of digital finance initiatives
• Manage project intake, prioritization, and roadmap alignment
• Coordinate across functional partners including FP&A, Controllership, and Data Engineering
• Define project objectives, deliverables, success criteria, and timelines
• Develop detailed project plans outlining milestones and dependencies
• Establish project governance and secure stakeholder alignment
• Monitor progress and resolve issues across digital and analytics initiatives
• Maintain transparency through structured reporting and dashboards
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned
• Ensure proper documentation and seamless handoff to support teams

Requirements

• 5+ years of project or program management experience
• Knowledge of financial processes like planning, forecasting, and reporting
• Experience with ERP, EPM, or financial reporting systems (e.g., SAP, HFM)
• Strong communication skills for working with senior leadership
• Ability to manage multiple complex initiatives in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Information Systems
• Familiarity with data governance and automation
• Experience delivering system implementations or enterprise tool rollouts
• Background in process optimization or operational excellence
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma
