Finance Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Prepare periodic project reviews in coordination with Project Managers, supported by detailed financial analysis
• Control and optimize project results through close collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Challenge estimates to complete to maximize project margins and ensure accuracy of actuals
• Manage timely invoicing and actively secure on-time payments
• Review and analyze project-linked balance sheet items, including WIP, inventory, and customer balances
• Manage treasury requirements, FEMA compliance, and hedging to limit financial exposure
• Provide comprehensive project finance reporting and participate in risk management sessions

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Experience or strong understanding of project financial control and reporting
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance, specifically FEMA
• Familiarity with treasury management and hedging practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional finance certification such as CPA or CMA
