Finance Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Independently structure, lead, and execute complex finance projects and programs in collaboration with global cross-functional teams
• Own and maintain project documentation to ensure transparency, clarity of objectives, and alignment with Modern Finance standards
• Lead project discovery by collaborating with functional teams, process leads, and policy leads
• Proactively manage risks and implement mitigation strategies to meet timelines, budgets, and objectives
• Identify change impacts and oversee change management deliverables, including readiness, adoption, and communication plans
• Ensure underlying processes are fit for purpose through process mapping, documentation, and automation support
• Manage resources and business roles required for successful project implementation

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in project management, with the ability to lead complex and ambiguous projects
• Expertise in change management, including the ability to build tailored readiness and adoption approaches
• Strong understanding of process mapping and Lean Six Sigma/DMAIC methodologies
• Proven business acumen and the ability to support the execution strategies of finance functions
• Digital acumen with the ability to leverage emerging technologies to enhance execution and reporting
• Excellent collaboration and relationship-building skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• PMI, Agile, or similar professional certifications
• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize workflows and drive measurable efficiency gains
• Ongoing AI skill development, such as prompt engineering or agent orchestration
• Experience implementing responsible and ethical AI practices, including risk assessment and bias mitigation
