Finance Professional

Responsibilities

• Support and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Perform fixed assets and lease accounting activities, including asset capitalization, retirements, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Ensure all accounting and reporting comply with company policies, Accounting & Finance Manual, and SOX controls.
• Conduct detailed financial reviews and analyses to maintain the integrity and completeness of financial data.
• Assist in internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation and supporting schedules.
• Identify control gaps and support remediation efforts in line with internal control requirements.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to standardize, automate, and simplify accounting systems.
• Collaborate with Business Finance, controllership, and global stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance, or Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA/CWA).
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting, reporting, or fixed asset and lease accounting.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and concepts, including USGAAP and local GAAP.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with global stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of SAP or S4 HANA.
