Finance Product Owner, PtP

Responsibilities

• Act as the ERP Finance Product Owner for the PtP process, ensuring alignment between Finance and Digital teams
• Manage and drive the ERP Change Request process from initiation through validation and delivery
• Coordinate with Global Process Owners and business stakeholders to deliver impactful ERP improvements
• Collaborate with ERP rollout teams to support the deployment and adoption of new tools and system functionalities
• Facilitate cross-functional projects within Group Finance focusing on process simplification, standardization, and automation
• Support Finance teams with training, coaching, and the creation of documentation such as SOPs and process guides
• Provide analysis and input for continuous improvement initiatives, including digital tools and automation

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in finance process improvement within PtP or ERP-driven transformation in a multinational environment
• 5+ years of experience working with Finance ERP systems, specifically SAP S/4HANA or D365FO
• Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across different geographies
• Proven experience creating SOPs, flowcharts, and detailed process documentation
• Degree in Finance, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
• Full professional proficiency in written and oral English
• Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on mindset

• Exposure to automation tools and digital transformation technologies
