Finance Product Owner

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the vision and roadmap for multiple finance and reporting-related workstreams.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, system experts, and IT delivery teams.
• Prioritize business demands based on value, complexity, strategic alignment, and available resources.
• Serve as a business advisor for SAP and other finance-related systems to promote best practices.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and prepare business-oriented solution proposals.
• Support requirement clarification, business case development, testing, and change management.
• Coordinate with external partners and IT teams to ensure successful implementation of approved initiatives.

Requirements

• University degree in economics, finance, business, IT, or a related field.
• 6–8 years of overall professional work experience.
• 3–4 years of SAP experience specifically within finance areas (FI / CO / FI-CA).
• Proven participation in at least 2–3 SAP implementation or major rollout projects.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA and finance/reporting processes.
• Advanced English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Strong analytical, structured thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
