Finance & Procurement Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Support financial and budget management, assist business teams in clarifying accounting rules, and track accounting variances
• Act as the link between Business Units, Procurement department, and Accounting Shared Service Center
• Manage the end-to-end integrated procurement process including purchase requests (PR), category assignment, purchase orders (PO), and payment tracking
• Handle Self-Procurement Requests (SPR) and provide policy interpretation
• Communicate and train teams on standardized procurement processes
• Monitor payments to ensure timeliness and resolve issues related to PR/PO and invoices
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable to resolve arrears disputes
• Handle supplier qualification requests to support self-procurement execution

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, industrial management, or a related field
• 1+ years of experience in an operational, accounting, or similar role
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience in project management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with financial and project management methodologies
• Knowledge of analytics tools
• General knowledge of local taxation rules
