About the role

Responsibilities

  • Assess and document systems and processes across the finance function
  • Identify gaps and areas for improvement in system behavior and workflows
  • Conduct requirement gathering from stakeholders regarding issues or new projects
  • Create detailed project plans with supporting documentation and analysis
  • Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for finance projects in collaboration with multiple teams
  • Address and resolve queries from the finance community related to systems and processes
  • Design and develop automated reports and dashboards for various finance teams

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in automation, project management, or process improvement
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or Business Administration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage high volumes of tasks

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SAP or other major ERP systems
  • Experience using JIRA or other workflow management tools
