About the role
Responsibilities
- Assess and document systems and processes across the finance function
- Identify gaps and areas for improvement in system behavior and workflows
- Conduct requirement gathering from stakeholders regarding issues or new projects
- Create detailed project plans with supporting documentation and analysis
- Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for finance projects in collaboration with multiple teams
- Address and resolve queries from the finance community related to systems and processes
- Design and develop automated reports and dashboards for various finance teams
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in automation, project management, or process improvement
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or Business Administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage high volumes of tasks
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAP or other major ERP systems
- Experience using JIRA or other workflow management tools
