About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate budget planning and monthly variance forecasting
- Monitor variance forecasts versus actuals on a weekly and monthly basis
- Track and compare actual company spending against the budget and report significant changes
- Analyze spending expenses to ensure correct recording and provide reports to counterpart departments
- Coordinate with related departments to achieve measurement targets
- Verify PR completeness and ensure budget availability
- Communicate with related parties to set up forecasts for PRB and BPI business units
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, IE, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in Finance or as a Financial Analyst
- Experience in budgeting planning, cost engineering, or scrap management
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in English
- Computer literacy and logical thinking skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Oracle Cloud
- Experience in Planning
- Strong attention to detail and accountability
