Finance Planning & Variance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Coordinate budget planning and monthly variance forecasting
• Monitor variance forecasts versus actuals on a weekly and monthly basis
• Track and compare actual company spending against the budget and report significant changes
• Analyze spending expenses to ensure correct recording and provide reports to counterpart departments
• Coordinate with related departments to achieve measurement targets
• Verify PR completeness and ensure budget availability
• Communicate with related parties to set up forecasts for PRB and BPI business units

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, IE, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in Finance or as a Financial Analyst
• Experience in budgeting planning, cost engineering, or scrap management
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in English
• Computer literacy and logical thinking skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Cloud
• Experience in Planning
• Strong attention to detail and accountability
