Finance Planning & Support - G&A Sr. Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide monthly G&A analysis and forecasting for various Chevron Corporate Departments.
• Utilize digital tools such as Power BI to support monthly reporting processes.
• Deliver 5-year business plans to Controllers.
• Support service billings and the Billing Center of Excellence (CoE) with bill plan delivery.
• Collaborate on complex finance initiatives and streamlining projects assigned by leadership.
• Partner with US G&A CoE, Business Performance, and Digital Core teams on business planning and tool upgrades.
• Handle ad-hoc financial requests from senior executives within supported organizations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in financial forecasting and reporting, including developing forecasts and reporting actual costs versus budgets.
• Advanced English fluency for daily communication with global partners.
• Proficiency in MS 365, specifically Power Query, Power BI, and PowerApps.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to relate financial results to operational events.
• Excellent communication skills to synthesize complex topics for various stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership and initiative in driving department initiatives.
