Finance Planning & Budgeting Analyst

Responsibilities

• Coordinate budget planning and monthly spending forecasts with all relevant parties
• Monitor spending forecasts versus actual expenses on a weekly and monthly basis
• Track and compare actual company spending against the budget and report significant changes to management
• Analyze spending expenses to ensure correct recording and provide reports to counterpart departments
• Coordinate with related departments to achieve measurement targets
• Verify the completeness of Purchase Requests (PR) and ensure budget availability
• Set up the Standard Cost forecast for HDD Thailand

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in Finance or as a Financial Analyst
• Experience in product cost forecasting and inventory variance forecasting
• Fluent English communication and negotiation skills
• Strong computer literacy, logical thinking, and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Planning and Oracle Cloud
• High attention to detail and strong accountability
• Commitment to continuous learning and strong human relations skills
