About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Finance Performance team
- Contact clients via telephone to schedule appointments or follow up on administrative matters
- Coordinate calendars and meetings
- Prepare and manage reports and administrative documents
- Propose improvements for more efficient work processes
- Collaborate with consultants and the sales team in a dynamic environment
Requirements
- Experience in an administrative, back-office, or support role
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Fluent in both Dutch and French (written and spoken)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Experience with CRM or ERP systems
- Structured, accurate, and proactive way of working
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce
- Knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot
