Finance OTC Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage credit exposure and support credit approval processes in line with risk policies
• Process daily cash applications and reconcile transactions against bank statements
• Handle payment corrections and ensure all transactions are completed within SLA timelines
• Perform monthly reconciliations with vendors and report any discrepancies
• Respond to queries from DCA vendors and support collections activities
• Maintain accurate debtor records and improve data validation processes
• Support call centre teams with back-office system queries and account issues
• Manage documentation and ensure proper storage and traceability of debtor information
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, policies, and compliance standards
• Contribute to continuous process improvement and customer experience enhancements

Requirements

• Experience in Order to Cash, credit control, or finance operations
• Strong understanding of cash application, collections, and reconciliation processes
• High attention to detail and strong numerical skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong organisational skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
• Familiarity with finance systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
