About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage a large volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries regarding travel invoices
- Provide accurate and complete information to customers using appropriate tools and methods
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and efficient support
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve queries and improve service efficiency
- Conduct phone calls with suppliers to verify the accuracy of payment and transaction information
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and requests
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support
- Mandatory expertise in Sabre and experience with GDS
- Strong background in accounting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, specifically with vlookups and pivot tables
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex details and work independently in a fast-paced environment
