Finance Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Review expense appropriateness, settlement, and manage payment requests/execution
• Support monthly/quarterly closing and organize basic data for VAT filing
• Organize financial data and support internal reporting
• Support ERP operations (journal entry, data management, etc.) and create system manuals
• Perform tax and financial administrative tasks for overseas entities
• Execute other finance/accounting related operational and administrative tasks

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of practical experience in finance or accounting
• Ability to proactively perform key tasks based on understanding of tax/accounting practices
• Strong communication skills with members of various job functions
• Meticulous data handling and high sense of responsibility
• Proficiency in MS Office and AI tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using SAP or participating in ERP implementation processes
• Experience in closing and operating overseas entities
• Business English communication skills
• Proactive attitude in defining and improving problems in fast-paced environments
• Experience in automating tasks or improving processes using Macro, Python, or RPA
