Finance Operations Solution Senior Analyst

Responsibilities

• Perform financial reconciliations for transactions from various sources including payments, bookings, and receipts
• Analyze, interpret, and investigate data discrepancies using a methodological approach
• Prepare detailed reports and communicate investigation results to relevant stakeholders
• Proactively identify issues and recognize problem patterns to collaborate on short and long-term solutions
• Contribute to the design and enhancement of programs and processes to ensure data accuracy
• Prepare ad-hoc reports and analysis to support business demands

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
• 1-2 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Consulting, or a related area
• Strong Excel skills are a must
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills with strong English fluency
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic, and high-intensity environment
• Data-driven and process-oriented mindset
