Finance Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee Accounts Payable processes, ensuring accurate invoice processing and timely supplier payments
• Manage liquidity across multiple entity bank accounts and coordinate payment runs
• Oversee Accounts Receivable, ensuring accurate customer billing and monitoring aged debtors
• Reconcile intercompany accounts and support regular settlement of open balances
• Review and sign off month-end close activities for AP, AR, and bank reconciliations
• Act as a super-user and administrator for finance systems including NetSuite, Expensify, Spendesk, and ZIP
• Identify and implement process improvements through automation and AI-enabled workflows
• Create and maintain standard operating procedures and process documentation

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing AP and AR in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment
• Experience managing a small team and overseeing transactional data across multiple currencies
• Strong understanding of accounting principles
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
• Experience with finance systems, preferably NetSuite
• Proven track record of improving finance operations through automation or better controls
• Ability to work with AI and automation tools to streamline workflows

Preferred Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified, part-qualified, or currently studying
• Experience with cryptocurrency payments
