Finance & Operations Manager

Feathery automates data intake workflows for insurance and wealth management firms. Industry leaders rely on Feathery to power mission-critical workflows like underwriting, client onboarding, and automated account openings.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes
• Build and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making
• Own company-wide KPI reporting including ARR, CAC, burn, runway, and gross margin
• Manage cash flow planning and capital efficiency
• Oversee month-end close in partnership with external accountants
• Implement scalable financial controls and reporting systems
• Manage vendor contracts and expense oversight
• Drive company planning rhythms and KPI reviews
• Act as operational connective tissue across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering
• Manage operational staff and oversee facilities and workplace experience

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in operations, finance, consulting, or similar roles
• Strong financial background in FP&A, investment banking, or corporate finance
• Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting
• Experience working cross-functionally in high-growth environments
• Comfortable managing administrative or operational team members
• Highly organized with strong project management skills
• Analytical and data-driven with strong Excel and financial modeling capabilities
• Clear communicator capable of influencing across teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience at a high-growth B2B SaaS company
• Familiarity with enterprise sales motions or regulated industries
• Experience implementing operational systems such as ERP, HRIS, or procurement tools
